Refund Policy

At Tito Mojito, we strive to deliver outstanding service at every event. This policy explains when refunds may apply.
1. Booking Deposits
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event date.
Within 14 days, deposits become non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
2. Event Cancellations by Client
If you cancel the event:
14+ days before: refund issued
Less than 14 days: no refund
3. Cancellations by Tito Mojito
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff emergency, equipment failure), you will receive:
A full refund, or
Option to reschedule based on availability
4. Weather-Related Issues
Rain or wind does not typically prevent us from operating.
However, if weather makes service unsafe, we will work with you to find a solution.
No refund is provided if the client cannot offer a safe setup space.
5. RSA Policy (Alcohol Service)
Refunds are not provided when service is refused due to RSA obligations.
