Welcome to Tito Mojito (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website titomojito.club or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Tito Mojito provides mobile mojito bars and beverage service exclusively for private events within Queensland, Australia.
All alcoholic beverages are prepared and served responsibly according to Queensland liquor laws.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as instructed) is received.
Full event details must be provided before confirmation.
Final payment must be completed before the event unless agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet our operational or legal requirements.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: deposit refunded.
Cancellations within 14 days: deposit non-refundable.
Extreme weather or venue-related cancellations will be assessed case-by-case.
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
We follow Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol standards.
We may legally refuse service to:
Intoxicated persons
Underage persons
Guests displaying unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
No refunds apply to alcohol refused for RSA reasons.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure:
Safe, accessible setup space for our bar
Permission from the venue for alcohol service
Compliance with local council or venue rules
We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions.
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
Damages caused by guests
Venue-related issues outside our control
Injuries resulting from guest behaviour or alcohol misuse
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on titomojito.club—including branding, text, photos, and designs—is the property of Tito Mojito.
